This seating control module came from a Quantum Edge 2.0 power wheelchair with tru balance 3 seating and the specific seating setup it is programmed for is the power  tilt, recline, and center articulating leg platform.  If your setup is not this way you will have to have someone reprogram it for your seating (not always easy to find).
